Benjamin Olguin, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery upon a peace officer, aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), leaving the scene of an accident, open container and driving while license revoked in the 700 block of Third Street.

Kevin Romero, 23, of Albuquerque, was summoned for criminal damage to property of a household member in the 3500 block of Morgan Meadows Drive.

Ronald Shroulote, 30, of Acoma, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), speeding, no insurance, driving while license revoked and expired registration of a motor vehicle at Southern Boulevard and Western Hills Drive.

Max Duffey, 33, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for harassment in the 7000 block of Huskey Drive.

Richard Garcia, 43, of Albuquerque, was arrested for receipt, transportation or possession of a firearm or destructive device by certain persons at CVS on NM 528 at Southern Boulevard.

Ronald Cabrera-Martinez, 52, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery at Champion XPress Carwash on Abrazo Road.

Oren Livingston, 20, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for aggravated battery and battery at a redacted address.

Benjamin Russell, 41, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), negligent use of a deadly weapon and stopping or parking prohibited in specific places at Northern Boulevard and Calor Road.

David Bond, 38, of Albuquerque, was summoned for false imprisonment and battery in the 2000 block of Autumn Sage.

Khalid Williams, 30, of Albuquerque, was summoned for shoplifting at Target on NM 528.

Tomas Candelaria, 23, of Albuquerque, was summoned for aggravated assault against a household member and criminal damage to property at a redacted address.

Mirranda Jaramillo, 32, of Albuquerque, was arrested for careless driving and aggravated DWI on NM 528.

Delbert Herrera, 57, of Bernalillo, was summoned for fraud at DKM Constructions Inc.

Christopher James, 43, of Albuquerque, was summoned for use of telephone to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend in the 300 block of Whispering Meadows Drive.

Joseph Gallegos, 30, of Santa Fe, was arrested for driving while license revoked on Sundt Road.

Joziah Bravo, 18, of Albuquerque, was summoned for criminal damage to property in the 800 block of Country Club Drive.

Jacob Deutsch, 30, of Albuquerque, was arrested for larceny, possession of burglary tools and possession of a controlled substance at the U-Haul Storage Facility on Southern Boulevard.

Brandon Chama, 23, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for voyeurism and battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Rachel Marrujo, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at an unspecified address.

Stephen Lucero, 33, of Las Vegas, was summoned for aggravated assault against a household member, aggravated battery against a household member and criminal damage to property of a household member at a redacted address.

Travis Morgan, 30, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest in the 400 block of Minturn Loop.

Yoseph Lampkin, 24, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and interference with communications in the 6400 block of Freemont Hills Loop.

Richard Michael, 67, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated stalking at an unspecified address.

Kyle Musegades, 55, of Milan, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 1400 block of 34th Circle.

Julian Apodaca, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member, false imprisonment, interference with communications and deprivation of the property of a household member in the 2300 block of Melon Ridge Loop.

Edgar Garcia, 26, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and battery against a household member in the 1800 block of Pine Road.

Jennifer Smith, 42, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for assault against a household member and deprivation of the property of a household member at a redacted address.

Lillian Chavez, 23, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Bridget Condon, 33, of Santa Fe, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and speeding on NM 528 Frontage Road.

Elio Luna, 24, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI, stop or yield intersection, evidence of registration and no insurance at Abrazo Road and Encantado Ridge Court.

Jesus Perez, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Christopher Zook, 43, and Nicole Griego-Zook, 40, both of Rio Rancho, were summoned for shoplifting at Walmart on Unser Boulevard.
