July 28

Arturo Guerrrero-Morales, 34, of Santa Fe, was summoned for two counts of shoplifting at Target on Crestview Drive.

Christian Padilla, 30, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI, five counts of possession of a controlled substance and distribution of a controlled substance on NM 528.

Madaly Vellegas, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, abuse of a child and reckless driving on NM 528.

July 29

Crystal Carter, 45, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for larceny at an unspecified location.

Brittany Wols, 35, of Santa Fe, was arrested for shoplifting on Crestview Drive.

July 30

Ruben Gonzales, 47, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked and speeding on High Resort.

Beth Peterson, 60, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI, failure to yield and leaving the scene of an accident on NM 528.

July 31

Joseph Logan, 47, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Andy Sandoval, 41, of Bernalillo, was summoned for shoplifting and evading arrest at TJ Maxx on NM 528.

Martin Romero, 37, of Las Vegas, was summoned for larceny on Southern Boulevard.

Aug. 1

Marynicole Stoddard, 35, of Albuquerque, was arrested for child abuse, possession of a controlled substance and child not properly restrained on Commercial Drive. Charges were dismissed without prejudice Oct. 8, 2025 on the grounds that the state was not ready for a trial, according to court records.

Angelica Gonzales, 26, of Los Lunas, was arrested for shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance on NM 528.

Ambrose Jackson, 46, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) in the 3600 block of Rancher Loop.

Bryan Montoya, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Aug. 2

Maithem Al-Hammadi, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI and careless driving at the intersection of Southern Boulevard and Nicklaus Drive.

Gabriel Rodriguez, 31, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and open container on Cambridge Avenue.

Angel Godinez, 30, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI and careless driving at Unser and Westside boulevards.

Devin Morehead, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Javier Gonzalez, 48, of Albuquerque, was summoned for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting at Target on Crestview Drive.

Anthony Perea, 47, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for aggravated fleeing law enforcement and driving while license revoked on Northern Boulevard.

Aug. 3

Ernesto Vasquez, 31, of Texas, was arrested for aggravated DWI on NM 528.

Christopher Stott, 55, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member, two counts of deprivation of the property of a household member and resisting arrest at a redacted address.

Jennifer Smith, 42, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Juanito Ortega, 46, of Santa Fe, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member, battery and criminal damage to property in the 2300 block of Animas Court.

Isaac Gallegos, 42, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member, assault against a household member, deprivation of property of a household member and interference with communications at a redacted address.

Hannah Weidner, 23, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI, speeding and failure to maintain traffic lane on Southern Boulevard.
