You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a mortgage on property located as 4138 Summit Park Rd NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87144, Sandoval County, New Mexico, said property being more particularly described as:
- LOT 10, BLOCK 3, OF FINAL PLAT OF CLEVELAND HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION UNIT 15-B, BEING A REPLAT OF TRACT 15-B-1, CLEVELAND HEIGHTS UNIT 15A, WITHIN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 13 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST, NMPM, CITY OF RIO RANCHO, SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME ARE SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON SAID FINAL PLAT FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON AUGUST 26, 2019 IN VOLUME 3, FOLIO 4424 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 2019P01420
