Nicholas Vallejos, 48, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for violation of a restraining order at a redacted address.

Jacquecano Sabatini, 55, of Veguita, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member at an unspecified address.

Scott Wiley, 35, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for child abuse, negligent use of a deadly weapon, aggravated DWI and DWI with a minor in the vehicle at a redacted address.

Maya Apodaca, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for fraud, identity theft and embezzlement at Nusenda Credit Union.

Steven Bitah, 51, of Cuba, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) at an unspecified address.
