You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a mortgage on property located as 1721 Hudson River Rd NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87144, Sandoval County, New Mexico, said property being more particularly described as:

LOT 23, IN BLOCK 19 CORRALES NORTH UNIT 2, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT ENTITLED ”CORRALES NORTH UNIT 2, A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF RIO RANCHO, TOWN OF ALAMEDA GRANT, SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO”, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF SANDOVAL COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON MARCH 16, 1989 IN RIO RANCHO ESTATES PLAT BOOK NO. 5, PAGE 42-46.
