TO: JOSEPH R. NOSEK; WILLA D. HOWELLS; RICHARD D. HOWELLS; MARLYS HOWELLS; JANET L. ZAMORA; ALTA VISTA ENTERPRISES, A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; ALTA VISTA ENTERPRISES, LTD. CO.; ALFRED LARRANGA; AND CORRINE LARRANGA; INCLUDING ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO MAY CLAIM A LIEN, INTEREST OR TITLE ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF:

You are hereby notified that an action has been filed against you in the above-entitled Court and a petition alleging a Complaint to Quiet Title and for Appointment of Special Master to Execute Replacement Warranty Deed and Release of Mortgage. This cause of action involves real property located in Sandoval County, New Mexico, the general object thereof being to quiet title, to have the plaintiff be declared the rightful owner of the property, to have the plaintiffs be entitled to the possession of this property and to appoint a special master to execute a replacement warranty deed and release of mortgage in favor of the plaintiff for the property which is more particularly described as follows:

Lot numbered Five (5), in Block lettered "E", Unit numbered Eleven (11), as shown and designated on the map of said Rio Rancho Estates, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Sandoval County, New Mexico, in Rio Rancho Estates Plat Book 1, Page 58, recorded on April 07, 1964

You are further notified that unless you enter an answer in said cause of action within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this notice, a judgment by default will be entered against you.
