TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Order for Service by Publication entered on February 23, 2024 in the above-entitled cause of action, the Eleventh Judicial District Court will hold a one (1) day evidentiary hearing before the Honorable Louis E. DePauli, District Judge, Division II, on the Quiet Title Action in Cause No. D-1113-DM-2021-00193 for the property located at 790 Baltic Avenue, SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. Any interested parties or parties claiming an interest in the aforementioned property are ordered to appear at the McKinley County Courthouse, 207 W. Hill, 2nd Floor, Gallup, NM 87301 on March 26, 2024 beginning at 9:00 a.m. to assert their claim(s) during hearing. You are further notified that, unless you file an answer, pleading, or otherwise appear, judgment by default may be rendered against you.
