Oct. 13

Kenneth Blea, 24, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member and battery at redacted address.

Colt Touchton, 26, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Oct. 14Raegenea Case, 50, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and interference with communications at a redacted address.

Oct. 16Anthony Fairbanks, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and leaving the scene of an accident in the 1800 block of Gallinas Road.

Oct. 17Irvin Jimenez, 26, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI at Asbury and Sundt.

Elijah Hamilton, 18, of Ranchos de Taos, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and open container in the 800 block of Toadlena Meadows Drive.

Oct. 18Joseph Garcia, 34, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), aggravated fleeing law enforcement and reckless driving at the Arrowhead Ridge Apartments.

Oct. 19Logan Spargo, 25, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, careless driving and open container on Southern Boulevard.

Daniel Omega, 27, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Seth Dick, 25, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI and careless driving on Loma Colorado Boulevard.
