UPDATE: Woman sent to hospital following crash at Unser and Southern

Rio Rancho first responders were at the scene of a three-vehicle accident at Unser and Southern boulevards Thursday afternoon. (Gregory Hasman/Observer)An unidentified woman was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries following a three-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon, Rio Rancho Police Lt. Jacquelynn Reedy said.

The Rio Rancho Police Department responded to the incident at the intersection of Unser and Southern boulevards.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
