The Rio Rancho Police Department will not be charging anyone after a one-vehicle accident killed a middle-aged man about a week ago.

RRPD was dispatched to a call of a one-vehicle crash at the intersection of Summer Winds Drive and Western Hills Drive in the late afternoon of May 13.

When they arrived, they saw a motorcycle lying on its side.

“Roadway evidence indicates the male lost control of the motorcycle and crashed,” RRPD Lt. Jacquelynn Reedy told the Observer.
