Time to vote: Residents turn out at Broadmoor Senior Center to cast their votes

Voters turned out at Broadmoor Senior Center to vote in the primary election in Rio Rancho at about noon on Tuesday.
Turnout statewide was low, at about 12 percent, according to the Albuquerque Journal.
The two locations to vote are Broadmoor Senior Center at 3241 Broadmoor Blvd. and Plaza at Enchanted Hills, 7845 Enchanted Hills Blvd, Suite 100.
