Storehouse West receives 120 pairs of shoes from Subaru

RIO RANCHO — As part of Subaru’s national “Operation Warm,” Storehouse West received 120 pairs of shoes Jan. 20.
Garcia Subaru North in Albuquerque made the donation that includes athletic shoes for children ages 5-11 in various sizes. Additionally, each pair of shoes came with a pair of socks.
Storehouse West thanked the group that helped the previous weekend and welcomed donations of food, water or clothing. Director Joe Mickelson says their membership has gone up by about 40% so those donations are needed.
