BERNALILLO — Sandoval County's administration building is back online after an internet outage, and meetings were affected.

In a release Feb. 10, which also happened to be the day for the regular commission meeting, the county stated they had been experiencing the outage all day.

"Emails cannot be received or be answered. On-site services are limited for the offices of the Assessor, Clerk and Treasurer. Phones are operational," it reads.

After the regular commission meeting Wednesday, county manager Wayne Johnson said the outage was an issue only the vendor, Lumen, could resolve. He added that a part needed to be ordered to get the county back online but that it wouldn't be delivered until Thursday.

Interestingly, he said, their phones were not impacted. He said all emails missed during the outage would be addressed as soon as they were back online.

Due to the outage, the meeting could not be livestreamed. But according to the county's Information Technology department, the meeting was recorded and will be uploaded to the county website.
