Rio Rancho City Council candidate forum
In two separate one-on-one conversations, Observer Editor Tracy Goldizen sits down with council candidates Karissa Culbreath (District 5) and Bob Tyler (District 3). Culbreath is being challenged by Calvin Ward, who elected to not participate in the forum, while Tyler is running unopposed. Jeremy Lenentine, who is running unopposed in District 2, also elected to not participate in the forum. Jerry Schalow, president and CEO of the Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce, then poses questions taken from the audience. Topics include water, roads, public safety, transparency, economic development and more.
