The Albuquerque National Weather service has issued a red flag warning that will last from 11 am to 7 pm today in Rio Rancho. It has also issued a wind advisory from 9 am to 7 pm.

Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways.

ThursdayPatchy blowing dust after 3pm. Sunny, with a high near 69 and a low around 37. Breezy, with a northwest wind 10 to 15 mph increasing to 20 to 25 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.Have a good day.
