RIO RANCHO — A person was taken into custody Dec. 14 after an incident in Enchanted Hills.
Rio Rancho Police Department confirmed the initial call was for a burglary in the area.
RRPD also confirmed that SWAT was called but not needed when they arrived because patrol officers had already arrested the subject.
