NM State Police investigates officer-involved shooting in Bernalillo; suspect dead
One man is dead after an officer-involved shooting in Bernalillo Monday.
The fatal shooting is under investigation by the New Mexico State Police, according to their Twitter posting at about 7 p.m. Monday night.The incident — which included Sandoval County Sheriff’s deputies and the Bernalillo Police Department — occurred on Bosque Loop, east of the Rio Grande around 4:30 p.m.No officers or deputies were injured. “Suspect is deceased,” the State Police said on Twitter.“More information will be released when available,” NM State Police said.
