NM adds 1,844 new COVID cases, 36 deaths on Wednesday

New Mexico added another 1,844 COVID-19 cases and 36 COVID-19 deaths on Wednesday, according to a press release from the New Mexico Department of Health.
Sandoval County recorded 153 new cases and one new death on Wednesday.
ZIP code 87124, which is Rio Rancho, is among 10 statewide ZIP codes with the most COVID-19 cases, recording 54 cases on Wednesday.
The total number of statewide cases bumped up to 497,570 as of Wednesday. There are 569 people hospitalized with COVID-19 statewide as of Wednesday.
