Snow showers will peak in coverage this morning across central New Mexico before slowly waning during the evening hours.”While snowfall will be minimal in Rio Rancho, travelers should be cautious.To stay updated on road conditions visit NMroads.com.TodayThere is a 40 percent chance of snow showers, mainly before 5 pm, then it dwindles down to a 20 percent chance later. It will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 42 and a low around 22. Northeast wind 10 to 15 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
