Adoptable pet of the week: The real Scooby Doo
Scooby Doo is a 2-year-old male shepherd mix who came into the Sandoval County Animal Services shelter very fearful and untrusting of humans, according to shelter staff.
He adores other dogs and loves playing with them.
Over time, Scooby has started to trust humans but needs a dedicated owner willing to spend the necessary time to gain his trust, according to shelter staff. They say he needs a home with other dogs who will speed the process by showing him the joys of being a beloved pet.
Scooby is fully vaccinated (rabies, distemper/parvo and Bordetella), neutered, microchipped and heartworm negative.
