2/22 City Council Agenda

This week’s Regular Governing Body Meeting only has one agenda item besides the consent calendar.

In the public hearings potion of the agenda there is one proposed ordinance that would approve a zone map amendment to add Restaurants, Bars, Lounges, Coffee/Tea Rooms, Delicatessens, & Patio/Al Fresco Dining Facilities as a permissive use to the Loma Colorado area. The property in question is zoned for Special Use for Educational, Recreational, and Cultural Uses now and is just south of Northern Blvd. The governing body will hear from the design applicant on the matter Thursday, Feb. 22. They can approve, deny, modify or postpone the request.
