The Rio Rancho Players Community Theatre Group is ready to start the New Year with a new membership/pre-audition meeting for its 2023 spring production.

The meeting will be held Saturday, Jan. 7, at the Players’ rehearsal studio, in the black-box theater on the second floor at 4311 Sara Road, from noon to 1:30 p.m. Attendees will be introduced to all aspects of the theatre group and get a first-hand briefing on the new play choice for the April production.

Those wishing to audition for a role in that play will be given a pre-audition script and scene study guide for the auditions, which will be held Saturday, Jan. 14, from noon to 2:30 p.m. at the theater. Persons wanting to join the group and work behind the scenes in a variety of ways will receive information about those possibilities.

Anyone has questions or comments or concerns should address them to Mel Sussman, the group’s founder and director, by clicking here.
