City youth flag football reopening

After time off due to the pandemic, the City of Rio Rancho Youth Flag Football program is returning.

It provides young players an opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork. Players develops skills that will help them succeed on and off the field.

The game is five-on-five flag football and teaches the basic skills of running, passing, receiving and defending. Practice is takes place during the week with a game on Saturdays.
