NAI Sun Vista, a commercial real estate company in Albuquerque, is building a new warehouse on Northern Blvd. and Moccasin Dr. near the Rio Rancho Animal Resource Center.

“NAI Sun Vista is different by design. Through the deliberate and honorable use of knowledge, integrity and drive, the people at NAI Sun Vista work to create financial independence, community growth and opportunity for clients,” the website says.

The warehouse is under construction and, when finished, will be available for lease at $12.50 per square foot.

The building will span about 15,715 square feet, including a fenced yard space and parking lot.

Here are some of the property’s other features, according to the brochure:

  • 24 feet, 6 inches clear height
  • 4- to 14-inch grade-level roll-up doors
  • Three-phase power
  • Fenced yard space with automatic gate opener
  • Sizable truck court
  • Ample parking
  • Warm-shell delivery

It is unclear when construction will finish. The Observer will follow up when it does.
