Isotopes release 2025 schedule
ALBUQUERQUE (Oct. 1, 2024) — The Albuquerque Isotopes released their schedule for the 2025 season on Tuesday, and there’s plenty for fans to cheer about.
There are 75 home games scheduled at Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park in the summer of 2025, with numerous special event home games including Easter (April 20), an early Cinco de Mayo Celebration (May 4), Father’s Day (June 15) and Independence Day Celebration (July 4). Fourteen of the home games will also be day games.
The Albuquerque Isotopes regular season, presented by New Mexico Aging and Long-time Services Department, runs from March 28 to Sept. 21. As in seasons past, Mondays will be the universal “off day” for minor league baseball.
“We are thrilled with our 2025 schedule, and we’ve already started planning all the exciting events taking place throughout next season,” Isotopes General Manager John Traub said in a news release.
The season begins with a road game for the ‘Topes, who head to Sacramento to play the Rivercats on Friday, March 28 — the earliest regular season game in team history, according to the release. Fans will get to see the team play in their home opener at 6:35 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, versus the Salt Lake Bees.
The team’s longest homestand of the season takes place from July 29 to Aug. 10 and will include games against Sacramento and Round Rock. Their longest road stretch is from June 16-30, when they will be in Tacoma and Las Vegas.
The regular season finale is set for Sunday, Sept. 21, against the Reno Aces.
According to the team, the ‘Topes welcomed 503,525 fans to the ballpark in 2024, enough to earn them the award for highest attendance in the Pacific Coast League. There are nine other teams in the PCL. The total is also the eighth-highest minor league baseball attendance in the nation. They also had the highest average attendance in the PCL for the third consecutive year. The highest attendance in 2024 was 12,011 fans at the Cinco de Mayo game.
More promotions and special events are slated to be announced throughout the off-season, according to the news release.
