JEMEZ SPRINGS — Jemez Mountain Brewhouse recently announced that they will begin brewing beer on-site.

“We’re all passionate about the Jemez Mountains and one day, over a few beers, we hatched an idea,” founder Jef Bold said. “And Jemez Mountain Brewhouse was born.”

Jemez Mountain Brewhouse was founded in 2022 by Bold, Eben Bold, David Martinez and Scott Johnson.

The Jemez Mountain Brewhouse space sits in the historic Jemez Springs firehouse and offers patrons a selection of brewed beer and pizza.

Beers available include “Midnight Moonlight,” which is an American-style pale ale brewed with pale malt grains and a combination of citra and nugget hops.

Jemez Mountain Brewhouse is located at 17691 NM-4, Jemez Springs.

Friday through Sunday they are open noon to 8 p.m., as well as 4-8 p.m. Mondays.
