All-District teams for CHS & RRHS boys soccer announced

RIO RANCHO — Sixteen players represented Rio Rancho on the boys soccer All-District teams list. Both Cleveland and Rio Rancho high schools enjoyed successful seasons, including state tournament berths with the Rams making the final four. Here are all the Storm and Ram players who made the list:
Cleveland High School
First team: senior Austin Clark (midfielder), and senior Juan Ramirez (defender)
Second team: sophomore Erick Andrade (midfielder), sophomore Zac Martinez (defender), and senior Joaquin Armijo (goal keeper).
Honorable mention: senior Mario Montoya (midfielder), and sophomore William McNamara (midfielder).
Rio Rancho High School
First team: senior Aaron Meserve (forward), senior Sean Meserve (midfielder), senior Bryson Strohecker (forward), senior Julian Sanchez (defender), junior Christian Barricklow (midfielder), and junior Kenneth Graves (goal keeper).
Second team: junior Parker Dunn (defender).
Honorable mention: senior Mateo Dean (midfielder), and junior Lucas Gutierrez (defender).
