How to address Rio Rancho's issues?

Dear editor and mayoral candidates,

 I would like to know your plans for addressing the major issues facing Rio Rancho, like the city-caused flooding by poor stormwater management and residential infrastructure.

Residents shouldn't fork the cost and donate their property to address the city directing stormwaters onto residential properties rather than using public street repair. When will residential infrastructure be addressed? How many residents need to complain about potholes and large cracks before the city addresses these issues? Like the deep, wide cracks in front of ERMS! I'm surprised we haven't had any head-on accidents from drivers trying to avoid these huge holes. 

Education, which has seriously declined since 2020. Parents are being blamed now yet banned from accessing the principles when issues occur. 

And, naturally, jobs and the homeless.
