RIO RANCHO — A man is dead after a single-car accident occurred early Oct. 14, Rio Rancho Police confirmed this week.
RRPD said the crash happened around 4:30 a.m. near the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and 29th Avenue.
Daniel Ponce De Leon, 32, died from injuries sustained during the crash, according to RRPD Capt. Nick Army.
"The vehicle left the roadway and rolled an unknown number of times before coming to rest and catching fire,” Army wrote in an email.
