The Chill Zone hosting balloon glow this weekend

While the Balloon Fiesta doesn’t kick off until Oct. 7, hot-air balloon fans can get an early glimpse this weekend at The Chill Zone.

The family-friendly event runs 2-8 p.m. Saturday with the balloon glow beginning at dusk.

There will be games, live music and, of course, frozen yogurt.

“It’s about bringing Rio Rancho Community together, one family at a time,” Chill Zone owner Elaine Diaz said. “It is going to be so much fun.”
