RRPS Springfest set for Thursday
Spring is in the air, and Rio Rancho Public Schools is celebrating with its annual Springfest.
The district’s largest multicultural event of the year takes place from 4:30-7 .m. Thursday at Puesta del Sol Elementary School.
Springfest will feature performances by RRPS students and activity booths. There’ll be caricatures, ring toss, a photo booth, loteria and more.
“Attendees will also have access to food trucks and other concessions,” RRPS Communications Director Wyndham Kemsley said. “This is a family-friendly event that is open to all and free to attend, so we encourage everyone to come out and have a good time.”
