On Tuesday evening, from 6-8 p.m., Rio Rancho High School will be hosting its annual “8th Grade Night”.

Held in partnership with Eagle Ridge, Lincoln and Rio Rancho Middle Schools, according to an email from RRPS, 8th Grade Night is a chance for incoming high school freshmen and their families to speak with teachers, coaches, directors, and activities sponsors about any high school activity that may potentially interest them.

The event will take place in the RRHS Main Gym and will include performances, giveaways, and, of course, the “Academics, Athletics, and Activities Fair”.

The following evening, RRPS will be hosting a job fair and open house from 4-5 p.m. at the District Office Training Center.

“We are looking to hire a wide range of professionals interested in furthering our mission to ignite student potential,” RRPS said in a news release. “During this week's job fair, those in attendance can speak to district officials, ask questions, and get help through the application process.”
