Sept. 8
Matthew Martinez, 38, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI and careless driving on Southern Boulevard.
Tyler Lengstorf, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and failure to maintain traffic lane at Unser Boulevard and Cherry Road.
Sept. 9
Valerie Carrejo, 44, of Albuquerque, was summoned for possession of controlled substance on Southern Boulevard.
Sept. 10
Cheyenne Holliger, 25, of Washington, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI(refused testing) and turning movements and required signals at the intersection of Unser Boulevard and Cherry Road.
Ryan Hieronymus, 47, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.
Matthew Montoya, 38, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), leaving the scene of an accident and careless driving in the 4700 block of Snowy Owl.
Sept. 11
Phillip Voiles, 27, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for shoplifting and concealing identity at Walmart on Unser Boulevard.
Orlando Barboa, 73, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI and failure to maintain traffic lane on NM 528.
Jennifer Garcia, 40, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.
Sept. 12
Trinity Gutierrez, 32, of Kirtland, was arrested for violation of a restraining order in the 2100 block of Violeta Circle.
Jerald Britton, 30, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, careless driving and leaving the scene of an accident on Inca Road.
Yves Niyongabo, 19, of Albuquerque, was arrested for trespass, concealing identity, disorderly conduct and two counts of resisting arrest on Northern Boulevard.
Makayla Otole, 25, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery in the 1700 block of Mesa Grande Loop.
Sept. 13
Mourice Green, 48, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.
Jacob Zimmerman, 43, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for driving while license revoked on Jager Drive.
Shady Drakmih, 26, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI(refused testing), speeding, no insurance, vehicles subject to registration and negligent use of a deadly weapon on NM 528.
Sept. 14
Marcus Lewis, 39, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), no insurance and evidence of registration at Pine Road and Unser Boulevard.
Bongiovanni Tarufelli, 31, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance in the 100 block of Pecos Loop.
Shailynn Gonzales, 26, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI, careless driving and open container at Northern and Broadmoor boulevards.
