RRPD arrest records: Sept. 29 to Oct. 5

Sept. 29Sherri Burnett, 43, of Albuquerque, was summoned for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Jason Soares, 42, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Sept. 30Christopher Rozelle, 44, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for child abuse at a redacted address and charges were dismissed November 8.

Carlos Baca, 59, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery upon health care worker, driving while license revoked, failure to maintain traffic lane, no proof of insurance and resisting arrest on Meadows Boulevard.

Oct. 1Andrea Pacheco, 43, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI, careless driving and open container on Broadmoor Boulevard.

Oct. 3Teodoro Noedel, 51, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI, stopped vehicles do not interfere with traffic and open container on Meadows Boulevard.

Trevor Tobin, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Oct. 4Kasey Murray, 47, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Jason Velasquez, 24, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for criminal damage to property in the 1000 block of Cascade Road.

Edgar Diaz, 46, of Albuquerque, was summoned for harassment in the 1000 block of Cascade Road.

Oct. 5Terrance Villegas, 21, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for breaking and entering, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in the 3700 block of Havasu Falls Court.

Kiara Curry, 23, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles and resisting arrest at the Casa Encantada Apartments.

David Bush, 41, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and assault against a household member at a redacted address.

Terrance Clifford, 32, of Santa Fe, was arrested for aggravated DWI, expired registration, no insurance and open container on Abrazo Road.

Armando Ramirez, 27, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery causing great bodily harm at a redacted address.
