Sept. 24

Destani Abbott, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, careless driving and driving while license revoked on Falda Road.

Terri Sam, 41, of California, was arrested for battery against a household member and criminal damage to property of a household member on the 3200 block of Hunter Meadows Circle.

Ronald Vigil, 39, of Belen, was arrested for shoplifting at Target on Crestview Drive.

Julie Esquibel, 42, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at Denny’s on Unser Blvd.

Sept. 25

Adam Castillo, 31, of Santa Fe, was arrested for shoplifting at TJ Maxx on NM 528.

Christopher Ware, 42, of Colorado, was arrested for failure to maintain traffic lane, no drivers license and aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) on NM 528.

Ian Paisano Suazo, 38, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and interference with communications on the 1700 block of Black River Drive.

Sylvia Bitsui, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for criminal damage to property of household member at the Laundromat on Southern Blvd.

Sept. 26

Carlos Garcia, 41, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked and speeding on 19th Avenue.

Kenneth Wolfe, 35, of Albuquerque, was arrested for burglary of a vehicle and making a false report on the 1500 block of Capri Court.

Estevan Andrada, 41, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member on the 1400 block of Lupine Drive.

Sept. 27

Cary Casias, 33, of Rio Rancho, had charges dismissed in 2025 for DWI and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer charges.

Jessica Martinez, 60, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, careless driving and no proof of insurance on Northern Blvd.

Sept. 28

Tyler Wagner, 41, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated stalking at Meadowlark Court.

Antonio Romero, 38, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at Pine Rd. and Penasco Road.

Sandra Gallegos, 52, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked on Jager Drive.

Shelli Marshall, 51, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member on the 2400 block of Tyler Loop.

Jamie Romero, 38, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI at the corner of Willow Rd. and Pine Road.

Mariana Padilla, 24, for Rio rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member on the 3200 block of Cascades Trail.

Sept. 29

Melinda Hernandez, 33, of Bernalillo, was arrested for driving while license revoked, registration and no insurance on NM 528.

David Varela, 34, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shoplifting and conspiracy to shoplift at Target on Crestview Drive.

Olandis Gonzales, 21, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and interference with communications on the 3600 block of Shiloh Road.

Sept. 30

Garrett Hohmann, 30, of Rio Rancho was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at Walmart on Unser Blvd. and Southern Blvd.

Wesley Lundy, 30, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) on the 3000 block of Chama Meadows Dr.

Timothy Bland, 55, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI and driving without head lamps on NM 528.
