RRPD arrest records: Sept. 1-7

Sept. 1

Xavier Gressett, 21, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member, false imprisonment and resisting arrest in the 700 block of Redwood Street.

Briana Gutierrez, 27, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for assault against a household member at the intersection of Sara Road and Southern Boulevard.

Bernadette Zuniga, 53, of Albuquerque, was summoned for shoplifting at Walmart on Unser Boulevard.

Sept. 2

Aaron Brown, 30, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for criminal damage to property of a household member in the 7000 block of Mountain Hawk Loop.

Sandra Archibeque, 35, of Albuquerque, was summoned for violation of a restraining order prohibiting domestic violence in the 3300 block of Zia Court.

Fredrick Martinez, 53, of Corrales, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and open container at NM 528 and US 550.

Sept. 3

Lambros Tsarnas, 43, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked, concealing identity, evidence of registration and no insurance at the intersection of Southern and Unser boulevards.

Julian Martinez, 47, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated assault and battery at the Speedway on North NM 528.

Sept. 4

Vincent Roberts, 53, of Albuquerque, was arrested for embezzlement of a motor vehicle at the Post Office on Pine Tree Road.

Sept. 5

Chelsea Briede, 36, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance at Target on Crest View Drive.

Ollie Barrs, 56, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shoplifting and aggravated battery at Walmart on Unser Boulevard

Daniel Gonzales, 45, of Kansas, was arrested for shoplifting and criminal damage to property at Walmart on Unser Boulevard.

Victor Chavez, 28, of Albuquerque, was arrested for violation of a restraining order in the 1100 block of Meadowlark Way.

Sept. 6

Isaac Corona, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance on NM 528.

Matthew Smith, 58, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for violation of a restraining order, obtaining identity by electronic fraud, deprivation of property of a household member, interference with communications and computer access with intent to defraud or embezzle in the 2600 block of Violeta Circle.

Roberto Zuniga, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI and failure to obey traffic control devices at NM 528 and Kim Road.

Kirk Wilson, 46, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked at Unser and Westside boulevards.

Billie Birner, 26, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery and criminal damage to property at a redacted address.

Jessi Lopez, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI and reckless driving on Terraza Boulevard.

Damyan Baca, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful carrying of deadly weapon, negligent use of deadly weapon, concealing identity and receipt, transportation or possession of a firearm in the 900 block of Country Club Drive.

Kristina Chavez, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Sonja Garcia, 27, Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked on NM 528.

Sept. 7

Alicia Garcia, 46, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) on 23rd Avenue.

Newt Castillo, 32, of House, was arrested for aggravated DWI, careless driving, open container, no seat belt and no insurance near Tenpins & More.

Stephan Torres, 52, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI at Northern and Unser boulevards.
