Oct. 8

Justin Santee, 24, of Texas, was arrested for aggravated DWI and negligent use of a deadly weapon at Wellspring Road and Westside Blvd.

Christopher Veazey, 40, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member on Country Club Drive.

Christopher Urias, 31, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct on Peggy Road.

Johnny Lowance, 52, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for assault against a household member in the 500 block of Iroquois Court.

Oct. 9

Michelle Debari, 53, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for robbery on 16th Avenue.

Roger Pfeil, 60, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and disorderly conduct at Walgreens on Southern Blvd. and NM 528.

Selina Martinez, 27, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles at Unser Blvd. and Black Arroyo Blvd.

Sabrina Chavez, 22, of Algodones, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), improper equipment and failure to maintain traffic lane at Enchanted Hills Blvd. and NM 528.

Elisha Kisner, 25, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 3500 block of 19th Avenue.

Oct. 10

Leigh Vanbuskirk, 56, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 3000 block of Winston Meadows Drive.

Elijo Trujillo, 41, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for injuring or tampering with a motor vehicle in the 900 block of Harrison Drive.

Oct. 11

Ivan Lawrence, 28, of Corrales, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and reckless driving at Tarpon and Tulip roads.

Willie Russell, 34, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked and speeding on Enchanted Hills Blvd.

Jeffrey Cox, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and criminal damage to property of a household member in the 2800 block of Bayas Road.

Oct. 12

Edward Baros, 66, of Santa Cruz, was summoned for DUI and careless driving on NM 528.

Jeffrey Chavez, 28, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated stalking and criminal damage to the property of a household member on Darlene Road.

Juanita Toledo, 37, of Jemez Pueblo, was summoned for battery upon a healthcare worker at Sandoval Regional Medical Center.

Sean Smith, 38, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and battery against a household member in the 4500 block of Arrowhead Ridge Drive.

Oct. 13

Raymond Gabbert, 39, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated stalking and aggravated assault at Perma Way and Pine Road.

Luke Hornbek, 41, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery in the 600 block of Playful Meadows Drive.

Oct. 14

Tyler Stivers, 24, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for armed robbery, aggravated assault, shooting at a dwelling or occupied building, aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and negligent use of a deadly weapon at Allsup’s on Ridgecrest Drive.

Anthony Toledo, 30, of Cuba, was arrested for DWI and speeding at NM 528 and 19th Avenue.
