RRPD arrest records: Oct. 27 to Nov. 2
Oct. 27Richard Bickford, 63, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery in the 4600 block of Huron Drive.
Zachariah Johnson, 37, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI, careless driving, expired registration, no insurance and open container at Unser Boulevard and Idalia Road.
Christopher Sandoval, 36, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, driving while license revoked and shoplifting at Walmart on Unser Boulevard.
Oct. 28Justin Baca, 36, of Albuquerque, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.
Oct. 29Wilfred Padilla, 45, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for violation of a restraining order on the block of Eagle Rock Court.
Isaiah Hamilton, 24, of Albuquerque, was arrested for carrying a deadly weapon on school property, unlawful possession of a firearm, DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving and resisting arrest on NM 528.
Oct. 30Gilbert Baca, 23, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for breaking and entering on Darlene Road.
Elsa Hernandez-Perez, 56, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for for aggravated DWI, operation of vehicle on approach of emergency vehicle and open container at Rainbow and Unser boulevards.
Jonathan Freitas, 50, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI on Cielo Grande Drive.
Oct. 31Angel Garner, 24, Rio Rancho, was summoned for embezzlement of a motor vehicle on Coronado Court.
Allison Towns, 31, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member at a redacted address.
Eric Conejo, 38, of Albuquerque, was summoned for battery against a household member and deprivation of the property of a household member at a redacted address.
Nov. 1Damien Maestas, 49, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member and battery against a household member at a redacted address.
Nov. 2Branai Perry, 25, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and criminal damage to the property of a household member at a redacted address.
