Kevin Wolverton, 43, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked on Wester Hills Blvd.

Steven Scharf, 37, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for criminal damage to property of a household member in the 3000 block of Copper Creek Road.

Oct. 23

Dustin Jose, 32, of New Laguna, was arrested for reckless driving, open container and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer on NM 528.

Oct. 24

Alexander Rader, 19, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and three counts of aggravated battery against a household member in the 1600 block of Terra del Sol Drive.

Robert Krause, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested on three counts possession of a controlled substance, two counts of receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property in the 400 block of Las Marias Drive.

Heather Lopez, 34, of Albuquerque, was arrested for receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles at NAPA Auto Parts on Sara Road.

Maryann Dapo, 42, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shoplifting at Big Lots on NM 528.

Tiffanie Mueller, 27, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member on Barbara Loop.

Oct. 25

Francis Colozza, 21, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for two counts of aggravated battery against a household member, three counts of battery against a household member, false imprisonment and criminal damage to property at the Valero on Northern Blvd. and Broadmoor Blvd.

Aidan Warmerdam, 18, of Albuquerque, was arrested for breaking and entering and possession of burglary tools at the Jewish Center on Grande Blvd.

Barbara Atkins, 71, of Kirkland Airforce Base, was arrested for breaking and entering in the 16oo block of 13th Street.

Oct. 26

Tyler Moya, 32, of Alamogordo, was arrested for receiving stolen property at Antonio Pizza.

Oct. 27

Jasmine Hernandez, 31, of Albuquerque, was arrested for custodial interference at Sara Road and 33rd Circle.

Nicholas Casaus, 23, of Albuquerque, was arrested for battery against a household member on Nm 528 and Iris Road.

Jimmy Porter, 57, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and careless driving on northbound Unser Blvd.

Rogelio Rosas, 31, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for unlawful taking of a motor vehicle at Chilis on Unser Blvd.

Marcus Lewis, 38, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for violation of restraining order on the 1400 block of Cedar Ln.

Oct. 28

Vincint Giarratano, 40, of New York, was arrested for battery against a household member at Paseo del Volcan and Camino Encantadas.

Justin Tafoya, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI, expired registration, no insurance and open container on Lee Loop.

Daniel Lujan, 33, of Utah, was arrested for DWI and leaving the scene of an accident on Unser Blvd.
