RRPD arrest records: Oct. 20-26

Oct. 20Henry Valenzuela, 25, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), open container and three counts of resisting arrest at the Speedway on Autumn Sage Avenue.

Frank Moya, 43, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Juan Abarca, 51, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault against a household member with a deadly weapon, criminal damage to property and child abuse at a redacted address.

Taj Bharwani, 61, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Alicia Sanchez, 31, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and trespass at a redacted address.

Oct. 21Michelle Archuleta, 45, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for criminal damage to property of a household member in the 100 block of Spring Road.

Angelo Ortiz, 49, of Rio Rancho, battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Oct. 22Brooke Williams, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 1000 block of NM 528.

Lucille Rubo, 54, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for violation of a restraining order at Sandoval County Detention Center.

Brenda Shorty, 53, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked on Southern Boulevard.

David Madero-Archuleta, 39, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member and battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Oct. 23Sherri Barth, 59, of Albuquerque, was arrested for battery against a household member at Sandoval Regional Medical Center.

Erica Torres, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Oct. 24Miguel Lujan, 20, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated battery upon a peace officer, battery upon a peace officer, criminal damage to property of a household member and resisting arrest on NM 528.

Estevan Franklin, 34, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Andrew Garcia, 65, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for violation of a restraining order prohibiting domestic violence in the 5800 block of Rio Arriba Road.

Oct. 25Sarah Puzak, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DUI and possession of a controlled substance at Sandoval Regional Medical Center.

Wilfred Padilla, 45, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for embezzlement of a motor vehicle, battery and resisting arrest at a redacted address.

Oct. 26Tomas Fragua, 23, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI, driving while license revoked, no insurance and battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Amelia Gough, 29, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for custodial interference in Northern Meadows.
