Oct. 1
Gaylene Espinoza, 59, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for assault against a household member in the 100 block of Castle Rock Road.
Ashley Rivera, 34, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member in the 4000 block of Sara Road.
Hunter Warren, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI on Southern Blvd.
Elias Cayaditto, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member on Safelite Blvd.
Oct. 2
Max Maldonado, 29, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for criminal damage to property in the 3100 block of Tazanita Loop.
Alontae Tillman, 31, of Albuquerque, was arrested for battery against a household member and embezzlement in the 2200 block of High Desert Circle.
Marci Beagan, 43, of Albuquerque, was summoned for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon at Elite Physique on NM 528.
Oct. 3
Benjamin Blanchard, 40, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and driving while license revoked on Sara Road.
Richard Overton, 64, of Texas, was arrested for aggravated DWI, careless driving and DWI with a minor in the car at Unser and Westside Blvds.
Oct. 4
Joseph Siow, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) on NM 528.
Aaron Lauer, 35, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked on Enchanted Hills Blvd.
Oct. 5
Ronald Sanchez, 35, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for criminal damage to property in the 1300 Desert Ridge Drive.
Justin Saunier, 33, of Albuquerque, was summoned for criminal damage to property on Second Street.
Travis Morgan, 29, of Albuquerque, was summoned for possession and distribution of a controlled substance on 38th Street.
Oct. 6
Jeremy Sandia, 33, of Jemez, was arrested for child abuse and aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) at Whiptail Eatery on NM 528.
Oct. 7
Nicholas Delgado, 36, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for attempt to commit child abuse in the 1700 block of 35th Street.
Jacob Zimmerman, 42, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer at the Walmart on Unser Blvd.
