Nov. 3Eric Conejo, 38, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for stalking on Wagon Train Drive.

Maria Gomez, 21, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI, careless driving, vehicles subject to registration, no proof of insurance and open container at Northern Boulevard and Acorn Loop.

Jessica Keenan, 37, of Bernalillo, was summoned for driving while license revoked and no proof of insurance on NM 528.

Feride Bahadir, 37, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI on Northern Boulevard.

Noel Duran, 43, of Albuquerque, was arrested for battery against a household member on Mountain Trail Loop.

Nov. 4Joshua Sanchez, 47, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shoplifting, littering and bringing contraband into jail in the 7800 block of Enchanted Hills Boulevard.

Nov. 5Joshua Born, 24, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at SRMC.

Nov. 6Anthony Fairbanks, 33, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and resisting arrest at Raising Cane’s.

Alicia Benavides, 36, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for criminal trespass in the 400 block of San Juan de Rio.

Gabriel Sandoval, 28, of Algodones, was arrested for aggravated DWI, reckless driving, leaving scene of accident, open container and tampering with evidence at NM 528 and Leon Grande Avenue.

Nov. 7Julia Gordo, 69, of Cuba, was summoned for shoplifting at Walmart on Unser Boulevard.

Robert Krause, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance Southern and Unser boulevards.

Anthony Santos, 34, of Texas, was arrested for DWI and careless driving on Golf Course Road.

Nov. 8Charles Deline, 30, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery in the 500 block of Unser Boulevard.

Eric Conejo, 38, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal damage to property at the laundromat at the intersection of Southern and Unser boulevards.

Alexander Cardenas, 30, of California, was arrested for aggravated DWI, reckless driving and improper headlamps on NM 528.

Nov. 9Douglas Priestap, 69, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for shoplifting and property damage on NM 528.

Derek Dishman, 50, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for driving while license revoked on Ridgecrest Drive.
