Bryan Cowsill, 38, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for residential burglary in the 1000 block of Sandia Vista Road.

Ryland Olivas-Steckman, 19, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Miguel Garcia, 47, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for use of telephone to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend at an unspecified address.

Natasha Deely, 29, of Albuquerque, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 3900 block of El Puno Court.

Albert Duarte, 51, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for two counts of possession of a controlled substance at High Desert and Sand Dune.

Joann Torres, 44, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 500 block of Stagecoach Road.

Zack Rosales, 49, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for three counts of possession of a controlled substance in the 500 block of Stagecoach Road.

Julian Sanchez, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at the probation and parole office.

Bryan Garcia, 25, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 2000 block of Unser Boulevard.

Samantha Salaz, 39, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for DWI at Unser Boulevard and Abrazo Road.

Crystal Griego, 39, of Albuquerque, was arrested for resisting arrest, concealing identity and shoplifting at Walmart on Unser Boulevard

May 9

Craig Lucero, 29, of Jemez Pueblo, was arrested for aggravated DWI, negligent use of a deadly weapon and speeding at NM 528 and Quantum Road.

Phyllis Garcia, 38, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for interference with communications, battery against a household member and assault against a household member at a redacted address.

May 10

Jeremy Martinez-Wabinga, 43, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked, evidence of registration and no insurance on NM 528.

Cynthia Williams, 64, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for violation of a restraining order at a redacted address.

Carol Toledo, 52, of Cuba, was summoned for improper equipment and driving while license revoked on NM 528.

Shana Duran, 30, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault against a household member and battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Demetrius Thomas, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Jeannette Langlois, 23, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI, expired registration of a motor vehicle, no insurance, DWI with a minor in the vehicle and speeding on Southern Boulevard.

May 11

Katherine Hanna, 38, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and careless driving at Unser and Northern boulevards.

Joyce Houghton, 63, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery at a redacted address.
