May 12

Patricia Tyler, 68, of Bernalillo, was summoned for driving while license revoked and failure to obey traffic control devices at Enchanted Hills Boulevard and NM 528.

Zerick Lopez, 18, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI, speeding, no driver's license and open container at Unser and Southern boulevards.

Luis Holguin-Segovia, 32, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for embezzlement in the 2000 block of San Pablo Road.

May 13

Aaliyah Lopez, 20, of Albuquerque, was arrested for violation of a restraining order in the 3000 block of Cochiti Street.

Arturo Hernandez, 21, of Santa Fe, was arrested for resisting arrest and battery of a peace officer in the 4500 block of Arrowhead Ridge Drive.

May 14

Ray Hernandez, 34, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for false imprisonment on Vancouver Road.

Raul Rodriguez, 50, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked and texting while driving near Don Julio and NM 528.

May 15

Erick Pacheco, 53, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for aggravated battery against a household member, false imprisonment and battery against a household member at a redacted address.

May 16

Jakob Vanderlip, 22, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI and open container at Latitudes.

Adrian Casillas, 34, of Bernalillo, was arrested for trespass, shoplifting and two counts of possession of a controlled substance at Walmart.

Brandon Logan, 37, of Alamogordo, was summoned for unlawful taking of a motor vehicle on the 6400 block of Mountain Hawk Way.

Kayla Martinez, 27, of Bernalillo, was summoned for harassment in the 7800 block of Paseo 550 Drive.

May 17

Lane Draper, 30, of Arizona, was arrested for aggravated DWI and careless driving near Cancun Loop.

Katrina Toledo, 28, of Domingo, was arrested for attempt to commit aggravated burglary with a deadly weapon at a redacted address.

Ikaika Kamai, 31, of Albuquerque, was summoned for larceny in the 500 block of Ivory Road.

Brandon Chauncey, 28, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shooting at or from a motor vehicle, aggravated battery against a household member and three counts of aggravated assault against a household member with a deadly weapon at the Safelite Apartments.

May 18

Alejandro Guerrero, 42, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI, driving while license suspended and open container on eastbound Southern Boulevard.

Miquela Tapia, 34, of Raton, was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart on Unser Boulevard.
