Adam Avenetti, 35, of Albuquerque, was summoned for battery against a household member at Walgreens on Southern and Unser boulevards.

Gary Barr, 55, of Texas, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI(refused testing) and speeding on Unser Boulevard.

Dominic Martinez, 34, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for DWI on Unser Boulevard.

March 4

Gage Huffman, 23, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at NM 528 and Ridgecrest Drive.

March 5

Miguel Velez, 44, of Albuquerque, was summoned for use of telephone to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend in the 6700 block of Augusta Hills Drive.

Crystal Hare, 32, of Tucumcari, was arrested for shoplifting, concealing identity and three counts of possession of a controlled substance at TJ Maxx on NM 528.

March 6

William Parker, 39, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI and careless driving in the 600 block of Baltic Avenue.

March 8

Erika Burchard, 53, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI and open container at 21st Avenue and NM 528.

Vanesa Velasquez, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI on an unspecified street in Rio Rancho.

Gabriel Mendez, 23, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Charles Deline, 30, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal damage to property, interference with communications and two counts of battery at a redacted location.

John Montoya, 56, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for shoplifting at Walgreens on Northern and Unser boulevards.

Orlando Gutierrez, 55, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI, no proof of insurance, vehicles subject to registration and careless driving at Arapahoe and Huron drives.

Justin Saunier, 34, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and leaving the scene of an accident in the 400 block of Vancouver Road.

Joyce Dillinger, 56, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for use of telephone to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend in the 100 block of 18th Street.

Tonya Lynn Gonzalez, 49, of Albuquerque, was summoned for abuse of a child at Rio Rancho Middle School.

March 9

Mark Garcia, 46, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI and improper turning at intersection near Santa Ana Star Casino on NM 528.

Rogelio Rosas, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at McDonalds on Southern Boulevard.

Melissa Swanson, 45, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI at Walmart on Unser Boulevard.

Christopher Curley, 36, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI and speeding at NM 528 and Westside Blvd.
