RRPD arrest records: March 10-16

March 10

Samuel Heaton, 19, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI and careless driving on Northwest Loop Road and NM 528.

Viola Gandert, 65, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) on Country Club Drive.

Jeremy Weatherby, 33, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), careless driving, failure to obey signal and expired registration of a motor vehicle on Sara Road.

Tzion Williams, 22, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI on NM 528.

March 11

Pernell Sandia, 38, of Jemez Pueblo, was arrested for driving while license revoked on NM 528.

Michael Apodaca, 68, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member at Golf Course Road and 16th Street.

Jason Mabry, 39, of Albuquerque, was arrested for assault upon a peace officer and two counts of battery upon a peace officer in the 600 block of Lakeview Circle.

March 12

Damian Lykes, 26, of Albuquerque, was summoned for violation of a restraining order prohibiting domestic violence at an unspecified location.

David Chavez, 30, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for criminal damage to property and battery at Rio Rancho Animal Control.

John Lelei, 25, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for criminal damage to the property of a household member in the 500 block of Northern Boulevard.

Jasmine Arteaga, 25, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery upon a peace officer and resisting arrest at Extended Stay Rio Rancho.

March 13

Jessica Castillo, 46, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted residence.

Hope Etsitty, 34, of Gamerco, was arrested for driving while license revoked on NM 528.

Angelo Abeyta, 54, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI on Loma Colorado Boulevard.

Casey Lange, 42, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for criminal damage to property of a household member in the 400 block of Stallion Road.

March 14

Casias Rafael, 37, of Los Lunas, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on NM 528.

Lillian Cordova, 26, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked on NM 528.

Shawn Cruz, 20, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for possession of alcoholic beverages by a minor on the 4400 block of Alpine Circle.

March 15

Dreamer Ortiz, 18, of Albuquerque, was summoned for battery against a household member at Walmart on Unser Boulevard.

Phillip Hopkins Jr., 45, of Texas, was summoned for aggravated burglary at Extra Space Storage Units on Abrazo Road.

Tracy Crawford, 55, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI on Lema Road.

March 16

Donovan Fredrickson, 37, of Los Lunas, was arrested for DUI, driving while license revoked, improper equipment and no proof of insurance on Southern Boulevard.

Jacsen Sanchez, 22, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery at a redacted residence.
