June 16

Austin Yellowhair, 46, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI and driving while license revoked at the corner of Unser and Northern boulevards.

Jada Baca, 21, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI and two counts of leaving the scene of an accident near Chama Meadows Drive.

June 17

Steven Montoya, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for non-residential burglary, possession of a controlled substance and possession of burglary tools at U-Haul on Southern Boulevard.

Amar Alwishah, 50, of Albuquerque, was summoned for shoplifting at Walgreens at Southern and Unser boulevards.

James Harness, 69, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery in the 800 block of Moterrey Road.

June 18

Christopher Garcia, 48, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 200 block of Pinnacle Drive.

Lillie Rivera, 20, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI and careless driving at Southern and Unser boulevards.

June 19

Joshua Abeyta, 31, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for resisting arrest and two counts of assault upon a peace officer in the 600 block of Northern Boulevard.

Jacob Goeldner, 24, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member and criminal damage to the property of a household member at a redacted address.

Jody Hinton, 43, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for aggravated stalking at Rio Rancho Police Department.

June 20

Casey Okane, 68, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for disorderly conduct at an unspecified location.

Amar Alwishah, 50, of Albuquerque, was arrested for shoplifting, concealing identity, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia at Latitudes.

June 21

Manuel Lujan, 53, of Texas, was arrested for aggravated stalking at a redacted address.

Daniel Gonzales, 27, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked on Southern Boulevard.

Isaiah Garcia, 30, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), leaving the scene of an accident and careless driving on Iris Road.

Isaiah Garcia, 30, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member and interference with communications at a redacted address.

Javier Barraza, 58, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked, speeding and no proof of insurance on NM 528.

Glenda Pino, 49, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery on Arrowhead Ridge Drive.

Skyler Stanford, 22, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked on Southern Boulevard.

Jessica Vigil, 32, of Hernandez, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance on Southern Boulevard.

Aquilino Lopez, 43, of Gamerco, was arrested for DWI, driving while license revoked, speeding and failure to maintain traffic lane on Unser Boulevard.

Krista Sigala, 37, of Albuquerque, was arrested for battery upon a health care worker on Broadmoor Boulevard.

Eloy Tafoya, 36, of Albuquerque, was arrested for attempt to burglarize a vehicle and shoplifting at Walmart on Unser Boulevard.

Davin Bennett, 40, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), no insurance, failure to obey traffic control devices and careless driving on NM 528.
