Dominik Gower, 27, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery at Slate Street.

Destin Livings, 22, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Dylan Carter, 20, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member in the 1700 block of Borealis Avenue.

Michael Todd, 34, of Hobbs, was arrested for shoplifting at Walgreens at Southern Boulevard and NM 528.

July 22

Adam Aragon, 26, of Albuquerque, was summoned for fraud, seven counts of unauthorized withdrawal, theft or use of the card of another and seven counts of identity theft at First Convenience Bank.

July 23

Richard Johnston, 34, of Albuquerque, was summoned for non-residential burglary and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle at Car Crafters.

Dominique Chavez, 51, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Raymond Chavez, 54, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

Raelee Eylicio, 32, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

July 24

joe Garcia-Graciano, 28, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for DWI, careless driving, speeding and driving while license suspended on NM 528.

Michael Baca, 38, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member at a redacted address.

July 25

Daniel Brooks, 38, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for child abuse at a redacted address.

Lewis Shakarri, 19, of Albuquerque, was arrested for battery against a household member and resisting arrest in the 2200 block of Lima Road.

Tyler Garner, 36, of Santa Fe, was arrested for DWI at Latitudes.

July 26

Albert Lucero, 46, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for assault against a household member at a redacted address.

Jonathan Chavez, 33, of San Felipe Pueblo, was arrested for aggravated burglary and larceny at Wendy's on NM 528.

Thang Nguyen, 29, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, credit card dealing and possession of drug paraphernalia on Mesa Road.

Enrique Castillo, 31, of Texas, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI(refused testing), failure to obey traffic control devices and careless driving on NM 528.

Carlos Salinas, 46, of Edgewood, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), failure to obey traffic control devices and open container on Northern Boulevard.

July 27

Christian Vigil, 30, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) on Unser Boulevard.

Stephanie Elkin, 45, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI and failure to obey signal on Unser Boulevard.

Herschel Johnson, 32, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI, failure to obey traffic control devices, careless driving, vehicles subject to registration and no insurance at Northern and Unser boulevards.
