Jan. 7
Heriberto Mata-Muñoz, 31, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated assault against a household member with a deadly weapon, deprivation of property of a household member and negligent use of a deadly weapon in the 3700 block of Bronco Trail.
Justin Slinkey, 49, of Albuquerque, was arrested for aggravated DWI, careless driving and driving while license revoked on Southern Blvd.
Jan. 8
Manuel Gallegos, 22, of Belen, was arrested for no driver’s license, DWI, criminal damage to property, leaving scene of an accident, resisting arrest and two counts of battery upon a peace officer near King Park.
Jan. 10
Ricardo Brito, 62, of Albuquerque, was arrested for driving while license revoked on Southern Blvd.
Vincent Garcia, 34, of Santa Fe, was arrested for aggravated DWI, careless driving and open container on Idalia Road and Iris Road.
Jan. 11
Azucena Mendoza, 25, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), failure to yield, failure to maintain traffic lane, two counts of DWI with a minor in the vehicle and two counts of child not properly restrained at Unser Boulevard and Winchester Road.
Samuel Jelinski, 29, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for false imprisonment and interference with communications on Country Club Drive. Jelinski's case was dismissed in February, 2024.
Edward Herrera, 64, of Albuquerque, was arrested for dealing in credit cards of another, five counts of obtaining identity by electronic fraud and five counts of fraudulent use of an illegally obtained credit card at Schlotzky’s on NM 528.
James Lizzi, 34, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles in the 4oo block of Minturn Loop.
Isaac Besse, 20, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for interference with officers, careless driving and speeding on Sundt Road.
Dominic Gutierrez, 44, of Los Lunas, was arrested for trafficking in the 2300 block of Elizabeth Ann Road.
Jan. 12
Jazmine Esquibel, 31, of San Felipe Pueblo, was arrested for DWI, driving while license revoked, operation of vehicle on approach of emergency vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident, open container and vehicles without required equipment on NM 528.
Jordan McIntyre, 44, of Oregon, was arrested for aggravated DWI and negligent use of a deadly weapon at Murphey’s Express on Southern Blvd.
Jan. 13
Rictoria Maestas, 41, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for abuse of a child, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on 20th Avenue.
Joyce Dillinger, 56, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing), leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, resisting arrest and two counts of battery upon a peace officer on Southern Boulevard and Pinehurst Drive.
Jack Autry, 82, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery near NM 528 and High Resort Blvd.
