Jan. 28

Antonio Larez, 27, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for interference with communications and criminal damage to the property of a household member in the 3400 block of Oregon Trail Road.

Jan. 29

Gilbert Hernandez, 36, of Albuquerque, was arrested for trafficking, receiving stolen property, DUI and two counts of possession of a controlled substance in the 4000 block of Sara Road.

Colin Gordon, 32, of Santa Fe, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 1500 block of Glendale Court.

Kyrenn Auld, 33, of Albuquerque, was arrested for identity theft, fraud and two counts of unauthorized withdrawal, theft, or use of the card of another in the 3800 block of 34th Circle.

Jan. 30

Damian Austin-Lykes, 26, of Albuquerque, was summoned for violation of a restraining order in the 5700 block of Quay Drive.

Samuel Goo, 34, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Anthony Guardino, 51, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for great bodily harm by vehicle, failure to give information and render aid, careless driving, leaving scene of accident, driving while license revoked and open container on Unser Blvd. and King Blvd.

Jan. 31

John Quintana, 56, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Santee Shanta, 44, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for shoplifting at Target on Ridgecrest Drive.

Travis Morgan, 30, of Albuquerque, was arrested for two counts of obtaining identity by electronic fraud, two counts of credit card fraud and possession of stolen credit card.

Feb. 1

Andrew Martinez, 43, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 1700 block of Branda Road.

Aaron Leeder, 37, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member in the 2100 block of Lema Road. (Case Dismissed March 6)

Andrew Steagall, 29, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 4400 block of Los Reyes Road.

Meredith Crowley, 40, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for petty larceny, conversion, embezzlement, fraud in the 4000 block of Southern Blvd.

Debbie Gallegos, 59, of Albuquerque, was arrested for DWI and careless driving on Westside Blvd. and NM 528.

Terrance Gandert, 46, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for driving while license revoked and improper equipment on Southern Blvd.

Feb. 2

Kristina Fukui, 41, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI(refused testing) and improper equipment on Autumn Sage Avenue.

Aurora Chavez, 27, of Albuquerque, was arrested for false imprisonment, criminal damage to property, four counts of battery upon a peace officer and resisting arrest in the 1000 block of Reynosa Loop.

Joshua Koski, 24, of Rio Rancho, was arrested for trespass and shoplifting at Walmart on Unser Blvd.

Feb. 3

Brandon Healy, 22, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for battery against a household member in the 2600 block of Corte Toledo.

Oscar Espinoza III, 25, of Texas, was arrested for receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles at Starbucks on NM 528 and Arrowhead Ridge Drive.

Eduardo Ruiz-Navarro, 31, of Santa Fe, was arrested for aggravated DWI/DUI (refused testing) and careless driving on Northern Blvd.

Melaila Chinana, 21, of Jemez Pueblo, was arrested for battery against a household member in the 2000 block of Cliff Drive.
